The City of DeKalb is inviting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the acquisition of a City parcel (08-23-304-007) with two buildings, commonly known as 330 Grove Street and 217 S. Fourth Street in DeKalb, Illinois.  

There will be a mandatory walk-through on December 8, 2022, beginning at 10:00 a.m. 

All proposals must be received in the City Manager's Office no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2022.
