    Learn with your child (age birth to 3)! Meet other families at this monthly program at the DeKalb Public Library. These 4-C playgroup programs promote language and early literacy through songs, rhymes, and loving interactions. Older siblings are welcome. No registration is required to attend this FREE program.     TAG is about local teens talking to librarians, discussing and deciding which materials, books, programs, and services they need. It's about making your voices heard and your choices matter! TAG members are the first to learn about volunteer opportunities at the library. Attend regularly and earn service credit for school. Bring your ideas, energy, and enthusiasm!   3. Basic English Grammar & Speaking Class for Adults

    Do you know an adult who is a beginner in English? This basic language class is offered on Wednesday nights from 7:00 to 8:00. Participants do not need to have any formal knowledge of English prior to joining, and speakers of all languages are welcome. For those who wish to attend weekly and participate fully, there will be a book to purchase (or rent for less money). Details to be provided in class.
