To ensure accurate and detailed passenger information is available, the City of DeKalb has updated the Paratransit Application required for all new users of the service. The application can be downloaded by clicking the link below. All new users of the paratransit service must complete the application and return the form to Transdev Services Inc. located at 1825 Pleasant St., in DeKalb.
