DeKalb is busy with the return of the 1971 Class of DeKalb High School for their 45th Reunion as well as the many participants here in DeKalb for the Multiple Sclerosis Society Bike MS: Tour de Farm 200-mile bike ride.

Downtown merchants and restaurants are open this weekend - even with the track repair of the Union Pacific Line at the intersection of Illinois Routes 23 and 38. The roadway is expected to reopen on Saturday June 25, 2016.
