NIU & library host STEM Cafe

Explore the science behind haunted houses at the STEM Café hosted by the DeKalb Public Library on Thursday, October 20, at 5:00 p.m. Understand the human psychology, engineering and lighting technology that are essential to creating an effective haunted house. Chat with experts, meet fellow teens who are interested in science and technology – and enjoy free pizza! 

 This free presentation is for all ages. Registration is required. The program will be held in the lower-level Yusunas Meeting Room.
