The Logistics Section of the DeKalb Fire Department consists of several Support Teams that perform specialized specific duties to ensure the equipment used on the scene of emergency incidents is well maintained and to maintain the buildings and grounds that house the equipment and the firefighters.
These Support Teams are:

- EMS Equipment and Supplies
- SCBA
- Communications
- Vehicle Maintenance
