Duties & Responsibilities

The legal services functions of the City Manager's Office include:
  • Prosecuting all traffic, ordinance, misdemeanor, and code violations in court and in the administrative hearing process.
  • Maintaining all files related to current Ordinance Violations and Administrative Hearing cases.
  • Documenting and recording of all liens or release of liens for properties within the City.
  • Expunging files in compliance with court orders.
  • Assisting with processing and responding to of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
