Speaker Request Form

The City invites public participation at all meetings of the City Council, as well as other Boards, Committees, and Commissions. If you wish to speak at an upcoming City Council meeting, we ask that you please fill out a Speaker Request Form. This form will be made available at all City Council meetings. For your convenience, the form is also available on our website so that it can be filled out in advance of the meeting. Please complete the form below, print a copy, and submit it to the Clerk at the meeting.

Online Public Comment Submission

To accommodate public participation by those who do not wish to attend public meetings during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, the City is allowing for the submission of public comments through an online form. Please complete the form at the link below and your comments will be submitted to the Mayor and City Council before the meeting. Please note that comments must be received by 4 p.m. of the meeting date.
