2010 P.R.I.D.E. Awards:
The DeKalb Citizen Environmental Commission has announced that they are accepting
nominations for the 2009 P.R.I.D.E. (People Responsible for Improving DeKalb's Environment)
Award. The P.R.I.D.E. Award is recognition for local citizens, businesses and other entities
that have improved DeKalb's environment by pursuing projects in the areas of Beautification
or Preservation, Education and Public Information, Energy Conservation, and/or Waste Reduction.
