Livescan
fingerprint processing for persons needing
background checks for employment or for
state certification through the Illinois
Department of Financial and Professional
Regulation is now available at the DeKalb
Police Department. The DeKalb Police
Department is a certified vendor through the
Illinois State Police and we are approved by
the Illinois Department of Financial and
Professional Regulation. All
processing is done on our Motorola Printrak
3000 Livescan machine and the results are
submitted directly to the appropriate
agency.
Our hours for fingerprinting will be
Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from
1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. or Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday and Fridays by appointment.
It is
strongly recommended that you call
prior to leaving to confirm that someone is
available for this service.
There is a fee of $76.00. Payment can
be made by check, cash, or money order just
prior to processing.
Fees for UCIA
Livescan Fingerprint submissions are $24.
Inked fingerprint cards are $10 and any
additional card is $5. Questions may

Please note:
We do not accept fingerprint cards to
be scanned in and sent to the Bureau of
Identification. |
