Permit Reviews - Minor and miscellaneous permit reviews are generally completed within 72 hours of receipt.  New construction permit reviews can take up to 3 weeks to be completed.  Please keep this in mind when submitting your application and accompanying material.

Building Plans - Community Development requires two sets of building plans be submitted for new construction projects and three sets of plans for commercial projects.

Inspections - If your project requires an inspection(s), please call to

schedule an appointment at least one day in advance.  We will try to

accommodate you with the earliest inspection possible.
