Permit Applications and Fees

There are two types of permit applications: New Construction and Minor/Miscellaneous.  New Construction includes projects such as a new house or commercial structure.  Minor/Miscellaneous includes any other project, such as a new garage, swimming pool, deck, driveway, or other ancillary improvement.  All applications received require Permit Reviews, and may require Inspections or Building Plans.
