The DeKalb-Sycamore Area
Transportation Study (DSATS) is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO)
for the DeKalb-Sycamore
Urbanized Area (UA). The Urbanized Area
encompasses all or portions of the City of DeKalb, the City of Sycamore, the
Town of Cortland, DeKalb County and Northern Illinois University.
DSATS holds monthly meetings of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) and
the Policy Committee (Policy). Check here to see when the next
