2. CHAMP

   CHAMP provides assistance for activated and deployed members of the U.S Armed Forces, National Guard, Reserves and veterans with paying their electric bills.

3. Non-profit Special Hardship Program

   ComEd, through the Nonprofit Special Hardship program, provide grants of up to $2,000, once every two years, to eligible non-profit organizations who have fallen behind on their electric bills and face possible disconnection of their electric service.
